Selected Projects

The work speaks through engineering. Never through disclosure.

Discretion is not a policy. It is a principle.

Due to the highly sensitive nature of our international projects — involving ballistic glazing, intrusion resistance of the highest classification, and integration into diplomatic and high-security residential environments — we do not publish photographs, floor plans, or identifying details of client properties.

The security and privacy of our clients will always take precedence over our marketing. This is non-negotiable.

What follows are engineering case studies. The technical challenges are real. The identities are protected.

Engineering Case Studies

High-Security Residence

Middle East
Classified

The Challenge

Integration of multi-layer BR6-rated ballistic glazing into ultra-slim Schüco aluminum profiles under extreme desert climate conditions — sustained ambient temperatures exceeding 50°C with thermal shock differentials of 40°C between exterior and climate-controlled interior. Individual glazing units exceeded 1,000 kg, requiring structural reinforcement of the receiving facade.

Scope of Work

BR6 ballistic-rated fenestration systems — full perimeter, individual units exceeding 1 tonne
Custom-engineered thermal break profiles for extreme heat differentials
Blast-resistant framing with concealed structural reinforcement
Automated security shading with fail-safe motor systems

Logistics & Deployment

Custom shock-absorbing A-frame racking engineered for oversize ballistic units exceeding 1,000 kg. Capillary pressure-equalization tubes fitted to all insulated glazing units for altitude-differential transport — argon gas filling performed on-site after pressure equalization at destination altitude. Full international freight coordination with customs brokerage for security-classified building materials. On-site deployment of German master technicians for 14-day installation program.

Diplomatic Quarter Villa

Central Europe
Confidential

The Challenge

Complete fenestration replacement for a heritage-listed residence in an embassy district. The project demanded the seamless marriage of period-appropriate exterior aesthetics with modern RC4-rated security glazing — without any visible indication of the ballistic protection level.

Scope of Work

Heritage timber-aluminum composite frames (exterior timber, interior aluminum)
RC4 security glazing with laminated ballistic interlayer
Acoustic insulation to Rw 48 dB for diplomatic privacy
Concealed electronic sensors integrated into frame profiles

Logistics & Deployment

Phased installation across three security zones with NDA-governed site access protocols. Coordination with diplomatic security teams for scheduled access windows. All documentation classified and delivered via encrypted channels.

Cliff-Side Panoramic Residence

Mediterranean Coast
Published

The Challenge

Engineering a 12-meter uninterrupted glass wall cantilevered over a 40-meter coastal cliff face. The structural loading from 180 km/h storm-force winds combined with salt-spray corrosion resistance demanded a bespoke engineering approach beyond standard catalog specifications.

Scope of Work

12m span Schüco ASS 77 PD.HI sliding system — triple-track
Structural laminated glazing with PVB interlayer (2× 10mm + 1.52mm PVB)
Marine-grade anodized aluminum with enhanced corrosion protection
Integrated Roma venetian blinds with wind-speed auto-retract

Logistics & Deployment

Oversize insulated glazing units transported with capillary breather tubes for pressure equalization across altitude changes during transit from the German production facility. Argon gas fill completed on-site after units stabilized at destination elevation. Custom steel lifting frame engineered for crane installation on restricted cliff-side access. 8-day on-site installation by The Flying Squad.

Urban Penthouse Conversion

Frankfurt, Germany
Published

The Challenge

Transformation of a 1970s commercial rooftop into a 420m² residential penthouse. The existing structural capacity limited glazing weight, requiring an innovative approach to achieve floor-to-ceiling transparency while meeting stringent German energy standards (GEG 2024).

Scope of Work

Full-perimeter Schüco AWS 75 PD.SI window systems
Triple-glazed units achieving Uw 0.79 W/(m²K)
Acoustic glazing Rw 42 dB for urban noise attenuation
Automated exterior venetian blinds with KNX smart home integration

Logistics & Deployment

Rooftop crane installation requiring traffic management permits and coordinated road closures. Weight-optimized glazing specification to respect existing structural load limits. 21-day phased installation coordinating with concurrent interior fit-out.
