The Integration Process
We begin with a high-level briefing between our engineers and your architectural team. We analyze your design intent, structural requirements — such as ballistic glazing needs or extreme wind loads — and assess the technical feasibility of minimal sightlines for your specific climate zone.
Based on your floor plans, our technical department develops a comprehensive specification blueprint. This includes exact product configurations, integration strategies for Silatec® or RvE Manufaktur components, structural calculations, and a transparent investment overview.
Precision is non-negotiable. Before a single piece of aluminum or heritage timber is milled, our lead engineers travel to your global project site. We conduct ultra-precise 3D laser scans of the structural openings, coordinate directly with your local general contractor, and present physical material samples for final approval.
A global assessment retainer applies, which is fully credited towards your final manufacturing order.
Your bespoke systems are manufactured under strictly controlled conditions in Germany. Whether it is CNC-milled minimalist aluminum frames or handcrafted heritage timber, every component undergoes rigorous quality control. You will receive digital updates and documentation throughout the entire engineering process.
Transporting architectural security glass weighing hundreds of kilograms requires specialized logistics. We engineer custom-built, shock-absorbing, and climate-monitored shipping crates. Our logistics department handles all international freight coordination, export documentation, and seamless customs clearance to your site.
A premium window is only as good as its installation. We do not leave this to chance. For international projects, Meylen deploys its own "Flying Squad" of German master technicians. They travel to your location, oversee the heavy lifting, integrate the frames flawlessly into your architecture, and calibrate all electronic components and security sensors.
